Question after installing application vault PHPBB

Just installed my first application vault package from this site 
It was PHPBB 2.017
I installed it after downloading the RPM on my server and all went well.
The only issue I have is now in the Plesk interface the summary of features icon (?) on the application vault page and the phpbb config icon are greyed out and not accessible.
Have I missed something from the installation?
