Rate Limit Email per domain

Hello All,

Is it possible to rate limit (per domain) the number of emails sent per hour or per day?

Plesk 9.5 + Qmail.

policyd would let you do that in postfix, qmail I dont think you'll be able to do that.

Thanks Scott.

If I move to Postfix, I'd loose Spamdyke ...?
would rather have SPAM control over rate limits.
