I noticed a couple of emails with no spam headers, the log revealed the message above.

in the instances I traced thus far they all seem to be emails sent to a group of good emails or aliases, not all of the addresses on this domain are hit tho, just most.

scanning for the most part is working fine otherwise....

I had 29 instances of this spamc message in todays logs. 15 individual mailboxes.

It looks like you're using 4PSA Spam Guardian (livesguardian). Have you tried contacting 4PSA support?
