ssh slowness

hello again

My ssh sessions on the new server seem to choke out when I'm doing something such as tail the maillog , or cat a large file.

A second ssh to the same server is unaffected when this occurs.

Any ideas where to start looking?

mrt from server to server in same NOC shows 0 packet loss.

winmrt from here to the server in question shows 2 packets lost out of 3000 sent.

It could be fragmentation meltdown, whats your MSS and MTUs for the circuit?
