PHP 5.3.5 Downgade to 5.2.17

I'm new to this. I've been following the steps from this thread : http://www.atomicorp.com/forums/viewtop ... f=2&t=5086. I'm stuck on step no. 4. I always get dependencies error.

I have already downloaded the rpms but not quite sure if it's in the right location or if it's installed already.


here's the error:
