Mail Log Subject Line

Our mail log has just recently stopped displaying the subject line - not even sure as to where to being looking for this error. Any hints?

Running Centos 5.7 with Qmail/SpamAssasin/Plesk 10.4.#

Did anything change on the system? (Software updates, etc.)
