Hello guys.

I've got a real bad issue. Can't find any solution to it. I've searched but nothing comes to mind or from googling.
So i've got this plesk 9 box. Remote FTP backup is failing always. When I click on the "no prefix" of the failed backup I get this error...
Any ideas ?

Thanks guys.

Regards

This is the same error message ALMOST: http://kb.parallels.com/en/6047

Do you use Debian or SuSE?

I should have known you'd use something sensible and not one of the wierd ones [ though Debian isn't really that wierd and I do like Ubuntu rather a lot :-) ]

So to clarify, the ftp repo works in that it lists the backups, but when you click on a backup for further info it throws that error?

What are the backup file sizes on the ftp repo? (Ie is it really making backups or not?).

Are you able to fully interact with the ftp backups from the command line on the source server?
