It seems the mod_security package in the Atomic repository depends on asl-pcre which is only available from the ASL repository:

Code: Select all

--> Processing Dependency: libpcre.so.1 for package: mod_security
--> Processing Dependency: asl-pcre for package: mod_security
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
mod_security-2.6.6-2.el5.art.i386 from atomic has depsolving problems
  --> Missing Dependency: asl-pcre is needed by package mod_security-2.6.6-2.el5.art.i386 (atomic)
mod_security-2.6.6-2.el5.art.i386 from atomic has depsolving problems
  --> Missing Dependency: libpcre.so.1 is needed by package mod_security-2.6.6-2.el5.art.i386 (atomic)
Error: Missing Dependency: asl-pcre is needed by package mod_security-2.6.6-2.el5.art.i386 (atomic)
Error: Missing Dependency: libpcre.so.1 is needed by package mod_security-2.6.6-2.el5.art.i386 (atomic)
 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
 You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
                        package-cleanup --dupes
                        rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

So

Code: Select all

Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, presto

asl-pcre-8.31-0.3.el6.art.x86_64
is really an orphan and safe to remove?
