I've got a user that was not getting email when both server settings and mailbox settings for spamassassin were enabled. This mailbox existed before an upgrade to spamassassin 3.1 and psa-spamassassin 7.5.4 and a new install of qmail-scanner.
Turn off both mailbox and server settings for users email and mail flows..
Where do I need to look to fix this?
