Hello,

On one of our servers ossec alert notifications over email not working anymore it just stopped.
rebooting ossec-hids is not working also when i try asl -s -f.
i try to rebooting the server, but also no luck.

When i look at the GUI everything is working fine i also see events working and also active responses is working.
But i don't get any mails anymore to see the events above level 7.

Is ossec-maild running? Check with "service ossec-hids status".

Or perhaps something goes wrong with your mail server or mail filter? Have you checked the maillog for occurrences of the OSSEC notifications?

after rebooting again it seems working now thanks anyway
