ASL 4 install problem

Unread post by imadsani »

Just installed ASL 4 on a machine and produced the following error.

Errors were encountered:

L CODE SOURCE MESSAGE
- ---- ----------------------------- ------------------------------------------
2 6 ASLCommon::grep_string File not found /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/cipher.lst

Anyone?

Does this file exist on your system:

/usr/local/psa/admin/conf/cipher.lst

Just had the same issue - fresh install on Centos 6.5, Plesk 11.5.3.

The file cat does exist.

Haha - sorry, that came out rather backwards...

The file does exist! I was running "cat /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/cipher.lst" at the time!

Either it can't read it, or the installer is checking in the wrong place?

The permissions are:

Code: Select all

# ls -la /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/cipher.lst
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 185 Mar 26 14:50 /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/cipher.lst
