PHP 4.4.1 segfaults at console?

I have FC3, Plesk 7.5.4.

After I upgraded PHP to 4.4.1, mySQL to 4.1 using the art packages, I discovered that php segfaults when I try to use /usr/bin/php. PHP seems to work fine on the web side; just not in the console. Does anybody know how I can fix this?

Strange, somehow the problem fixed itself. It could have been fixed while I was attempting to install suPHP... I installed httpd-devel and gcc.
