T-WAF still not working on plesk.

Hello,
On plesk 10 and 11 T-WAF isn't working. on the file manger pages you will get a forbidden page.
Now you guy's telling me because plesk is using a @ the url that's why i get this error but on plesk 12 it should fix.
Now i have installed plesk 12 and still T-WAF is not working correctly i still get a forbidden page on file manager.
I heard that's not will happen again in plesk 12 but why i still get this error?
