I was updating some boxes today and noticed that my 32 bit systems got the 5.4.31 update, but my 64 bit machines did not. I did some checking and the 64bit version of 5.4.31 is not in the repository.

Packages for both i686 and x86_64 are definitely in the Atomic repository. Try a "yum clean all" before updating.
