ASL - Atomic Secured Linux - Cloudlinux - new user - help

Hi guys
Does anyone know if we MariaDB and CloudLinux 6/CentOS 6 can ASL be installed on top or do we have to switch to mysql first?
Should I uninstall CloudLinux and CageFS and switch to ASL kernel which seems to have the same features now or do you think I should keep it?
Please note we have over 500 users on this current server. Will I have any major issues?
