Are there any currently known issues with the support portal ticket system?

We tried to submit a ticket today. The submission appears to go fine but the new ticket doesn't show in our case list so we aren't sure if it was actually submitted successfully.

We'll try again later but wanted to see if there was any maintenance going on, if this was a known issue, etc.

No issues with the portal. You can also submit your case via email. Do you recall what the subject of your case was we can look it up for you as well.
