Web Interface for ASL down - Tortixd wont start

Hi,

The system we have ASL running on is a sort of "set and forget" situation, the times we need to login to the web GUI are few and far between. Now is one of those times, however the system is not listening on port 30000, tortixd actually isnt listening on ANY port whatsoever, it isn't running and wont start.

Any ideas on how to get it running as right now its fairly important that we gain access back to the web GUI. Thanks.

In /var/log/messages (although these seem to occur somewhat sporadically):
Nov 7 10:35:41 secure psmon[30215]: Failed to spawn 'tortixd' with '/sbin/service tortixd restart'

Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.
