We're in the process of migrating to ZenDesk. The old support portal will now be used just for archive purposes, once we have zendesk up and running we'll change all the web links to point to the new portal.

Zendesk is up now. We're still working on migrating content into the portal, but you can now log into zendesk to check your cases.
We will not be moving old cases into zendesk unless those cases are still open.
