I would like Display the note field in OpenVAS Reports I
need this functionality to Display the owners of the system and remediation
notes.

This should be display on all export platforms (CSV, HTML, PDF etc. ).

Is this possible?

Well you can add notes to it now in the false positive "reason" and other areas as I recall. Those definitely end up in the reports (pdf, html, etc)
