main DNS Server in Linux and secondary in Windows

I've been reading Automatic Server Creation HOW-TO and it sounds great, but I've two servers, one windows and one linux, I was wondering if i could get it working with this configuration.

Its definitely been done, and I believe the folks that did it posted about it in the forums somewhere. Ive never mixed the two myself (in fact, Ive never even used windows as a desktop, let alone as a server).

well shucks, I know someone had posted about it. Maybe they had put it in the old postnuke comments or something
