I just want to confirm the right version of YUM to install on a RHEL 3 server:

yum-2.0.8-1.noarch.rpm from http://linux.duke.edu/projects/yum/download.ptml

Also, I want to make sure it is ok to use up2date for RH updates and YUM for the ART Repository.

Sure thats OK, personally I'd just use the CentOS packages on a RHEL 3/4 box.
