Unable to install ASL Kernel

Unable to install ASL Kernel

Hello,
I can not install the ASL kernel on a new server:
Transaction Check Error:
file /lib/firmware/ql2400_fw.bin from install of linux-firmware-20130607-28.git2892af0.el6.art.noarch conflicts with file from package ql2400-firmware-7.00.01-1.el6.noarch
file /lib/firmware/ql2500_fw.bin from install of linux-firmware-20130607-28.git2892af0.el6.art.noarch conflicts with file from package ql2500-firmware-7.00.01-1.el6.noarch
Any help, please?

For informations
Asl version: ASL Version 3.2.14-31.el6.art: CentOS 6 (SUPPORTED)
OS: CENTOS 6.5 x86_64 standard
Panel: cPanel (WHM 11.40.0 (build 31))

yeah you could probably just remove that conflicting package, unless you're using QLogic 2400 mass storage devices you'd never need this.

Wouldn't it be better to prevent the package conflict by setting the 'obsoletes' param in the SPEC file of the ASL linux-firmware package?

I just wanted to jump on here as well since I can't install the kernel due to this either.
I have a default installed dedicated server from a hosting company, so, I would prefer to make as few alterations to the install as possible ... I was told this would be taken care of in the next kernel update so just patiently awaiting that release ;-)
