Weird Apache(?) Problem

I am not sure this is an Apache issue to be honest, but it correlates to when I updated httpd to 2.0.52-32.3. Whenever a user visits any site hosted on the server for the first time, the page doesn't load. It's as if the server doesn't exist. If they refresh the page, it works fine and will continue...

Yes, it would install the update if you set the system to update nightly. In order to enable automatic updates, goto setup -> system-services -> yum My concern is that such an update could break Plesk. Ideally I would like to be able to enable the yum service so that my server will update itself nightly. I added the ART channels to yum.conf, but I do not have a solid understanding of how yum works.
