Should I upgrade from centos 5 to centos 5.1

I have a virtual dedicated server from godaddy that has centos 5.0 with Plesk 8.3. Should I upgrade to centos 5.1? Will this cause me any problems or concerns?

What do you think, It is obvious that I am not well educated with server issues. Will I need to change anything with the atomicrocketturtle settings?

You should always upgrade, those are all bug and security fixes.
