So obviously there are files that weren't updated.
Backups are available but I would rather not downgrade

Sigh.. Horde is full of bugs in this latest version, and the only reason I upgraded was because upgrading php had broken Horde earlier.
So, lesson learned, never ever try upgrading a production Plesk server
You will never trust the server again.

There's a glitch now and then when upgrading stuff, but that's always better than running software with known vulnerabilities.

I know.. In 7 years I've never had any servers hacked. And in my own opinion I've had a good balance between relability and security, but since Plesk 7.5 I've had a real hard time convincing myself to do system upgrades, since they usually cause more problems than they solve.
But, back to the problem in hand. Should I try to forcely install psa again?
I do have local and offsite backups, but I'm not all that keen on taking any chances, since restoring everything will take a long time, and my customers are a bit spoiled regarding downtimes.
