qmail-inject: fatal: qq read error (#4.3.0) when I login

Hi Today when I logged into my server I noticed there errors:

qmail-inject: fatal: qq read error (#4.3.0)
qmail-inject: fatal: qq read error (#4.3.0)

I've also noticed my ftp is not letting me upload files on my server, and my server load is fairly high. Any idea's and commands on how to fix this issue?

Have you checked your logs for errors?
