I am having problems with this one IP 72.9.236.172 on my server.
I had a domain called buygigi.com on IP 72.9.236.172 but in the last several months her site has disappeared with this warning page:
Not Extended
A mandatory extension policy in the request is not accepted by the server for this resource.
Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at www.buygigi.com Port 80
I have just changed her IP to 72.9.236.177 to get her site back up.
The last time her site went down about a month ago I switched her IP, and then, after her site was back up and showing again I switched her IP back to 72.9.236.172 and today her site went down again with the original IP.
Why is this happening? Apparently there is something wrong with this IP 72.9.236.172 since this is the only one that is giving an error page randomly.
I cannot reproduce it as it happens so randomly with this one IP.
Also, I cannot find any information on how to correct this problem.

Her site is running the same ecommerce script that my other stores are.
Yes the IP resolves.
At the server company a few months ago I had setup reverse dns for my domains that have exclusive IP's and noticed that the domain buygigi.com had another IP applied to it. Could this have caused this problem?
