Here's an idea but probably a bit risky. Install sw-engine with the nodeps flag first and then yum update.

Looks like sw-engine is already installed, so that won't help much. /usr/lib/mysql/libmysqlclient.so.15 is part of the mysql package, but if you're installing ART's MySQL then mysql-libs should provide that. Do you have both 32-bit and 64-bit packages of MySQL installed maybe?

And yes one of them is x86 and the other is 64.

So I removed the x86 version

[root@www /var/log]# rpm -e mysql-libs-5.0.76-1.el5.art.i386

And checked

And give it another try.

seems like you do have both i386 and x86_64 - try removing the one you dont need first.

I had both i386 and x86_64 packages for:

mysql-libs-5.0.76-1.el5.art
mysql-devel-5.0.76-1.el5.art

But now I have removed them an I still have the problem to do the update.--> Running transaction check
