Hi,
One of my customers receives a daily summary of his Plesk account. I have checked under report settings and cannot find any scheduled report. Anyone now where to check for them elsewhere?
Daily report delivery - which I am unable to turn off!
Re: Daily report delivery - which I am unable to turn off!
I've had this happen. I had to fiddle with the database directly. I'm really sorry but I can't remember what I did. I think I looked in all the tables, found one that seemed related, had a "1" in it for that customers, and changed it to a 0. Or soomething along those lines, anyway.
I had previously tried turning it on, then off, in the panel, but that did no good.
Faris.

Re: Daily report delivery - which I am unable to turn off!
Thanks for the tip. Also tried to add it and then remove it. But it didn't help. Took the plunge and open up the sap database. There was a table called report_auto which contained all scheduled reports. There was a row for my clients domain that wasn't visible in the control panel. I removed it. Hopefully the reporting stops now...
