I realize that FrontPage is EOL just as I realize that every other control panel still provides for FrontPage. We've been upgrading all of our servers to Plesk 9.3 x86_64 and cannot seem to find a rpm for FrontPage. We have the Centos 4.2 rpm 32-bit but that isn't compatible. Customers that have been with us for years, and there are many, are threatening to leave.
I read somewhere that FrontPage could be compiled for CE 4.8 64-bit but either I bookmarked in an uber-secret place, or my wife took it in the divorce.
Any thoughts?

I have a copy of the 32-bit package for Plesk lying around. It's as good as new, never used. I don't remember if there ever was a 64-bit build though. The FrontPage Server Extensions for UNIX reached end of life nearly four years ago: http://www.rtr.com/fpsupport/

I stated in my request that FP was EOL and that I need a 64-bit Apache 2.2 rpm or the source to compile from. Otherwise I have to put together a server with Plesk 8.6 32-bit. I just cannot afford to lose hundreds of customers still using FP.

Yeah I dont remember if there was a 64-bit one either. It was never an open source thing, we only ever had access to the binaries

I read the instructions somewhere but cannot find them again.
