best is to start with a centos image from 1and1. then you have the grub bootloader allready.
the reason why this error shows up is because you did not provide a correct mirrorsite where all necessary files are stored.
use a correct mirror site.

the only difference between 4.7 and 4.8 is the latter has more hardware drivers and all the updates.

I met the issue:

I have only one iso and don't know how to modify the loop for searching the iso, and it always downloads the iso and saves it as "*.iso.1" and the process stops and says "Error, can't find the Image"

luckily I have found a vaild mirror site (cs.stanford.edu), but I met the issue again

H +------+ Installation Method +------+

What type of media contains the
packages to be installed?

Local CDROM
Hard drive
NFS image
FTP
HTTP

+----+ +------+
| | OK | | Back | |
+----+ +------+

+-----------------------------------+

and I chose the Hard drive, then

+-------------------+ Select Partition +--------------------+
H | |
What partition and directory on that partition hold the
CD (iso9660) images for CentOS? If you don't see the
disk drive you're using listed here, press F2 to
configure additional devices.

/dev/sda1
/dev/sda2
/dev/sda5
/dev/sda6

Directory holding images: ____________________________

+----+ +------+
| | OK | | Back | |
+----+ +------+

+-----------------------------------------------------------+

I chose every partition, but simular errors appeared

+-------------+ Error +--------------+

Device /dev/sda2 does not appear
to contain CentOS CDROM images.

+----+
| | OK | |
+----+

+------------------------------------+

If I clicked F2, then

H +-------------+ Driver Disk Source +-------------+

There are multiple partitions on this device
which could contain the driver disk image.
Which would you like to use?

/dev/sda1
/dev/sda2
/dev/sda5
/dev/sda6

+----+ +------+
| | OK | | Back | |
+----+ +------+

and if I chose e.g. /dev/sda2, Error again

+-----------+ Error +------------+

Failed to mount partition.

+----+
| | OK | |
+----+

+--------------------------------+

 Now I don't know what to do...

Thank you, I will try the 4.8.

One question, is it possible, that I saved the iso in sda1 and after reboot the new 4.8 will also be installed in the same partition (sda1) and that caused the issue?

If you look at the output there, the kernel cant detect any disks at all.

You mean, the 4.7 doesn't support SATA? Can I use the linux all-generic-ide noapic nolapic
