Plesk Web Server regularly restarting

I have ASL installed on two servers.
Both servers have reported regular restarts of Plesk Web Server since upgarde to ASL v3.0
To the point that on one server, watchdog has...
"Plesk Web Server on this server has been released from monitoring"

Anyone else seeing this issue?

These are the only errors/warnings that I can see which are related to this issue.
