Could you elaborate? What do you mean you "can't load into [your] VPS"?

Hi,

I cant access my vps from my container and its unresponsive, the last action I performed was adding an ip into the blacklist.

I dont want to to sensationalise but this is a major problem as business sites are on the server.

I saw the update was applied and the ips displaying properly but after I went through the motions to add an ip it stalled and then the server became unresponsiv.

It was not my ip as its whitelisted

ASL won't change your firewall if thats what you mean. ASL can shun an IP address if you configure it to do so.

So you cant access the container, while logged into the server that its hosted on? If so, thats not something ASL is likely to have anything to do with unless somehow you connect to your container from the host server over TCP and you changed your firewall, or shunned the IP of the host server.

Can you tell from your virtualization product if the container is running, is it under load, etc?

I can get into the container - I just cant get into the server within that.

Server not under load, container is def running albeit very slowly.

Its not looking good - crumbs !

How do you access the server? SSH, terminal, etc?

Is it possible the server shunned the IP you were coming from?
