PSA keeps asking to accept license

Unread post by rusty0412 »

Hello,

I use: PSA 7.5.4, RHE 3

Since I updated to MySQL 4.1 (using atomic's RPM), PSA keeps asking me if I agree to its license whenever I login.

What should I do?

I'd say its not updating if I agreed to the license... does anybody knows where PSA stores (in which DB table or file) if I have accepted the license?

Not positive, but check the table 'misc', parameters 'not_showLicense' and 'psa_configured', do they both show value 'true' ?

To be honest, this is the first time I have seen this question/problem posted here or on the Plesk forums, so I have never researched it (like with a test server), but they appear to be the only ones possibly related.

Since Scott has already said it's out of his realm, you may want to take this on over to the Plesk forum or email their support people directly. (open a service ticket)

sw-soft update your current license every six months, by the tcp/ip port 5124 or 5104 if i remember well.
Simply open the ports in you firewall and click in renew license in you panel

Plesk keys self renew every 6 months… these communicate through port 5224 and update themselves automatically. This can be done manually by requesting an update from customer-service@sw-soft.com or by opening port 5224 temporarily and clicking on the retrieve keys icon in the Plesk interface
