Access to the 'mysql' command line tool from chrooted ssh?

Unread post by acidbox »

I would like to be able to allow some users (that I trust) access to the mysql command line tool so they can access mysql from SSH. I am able to copy all the libraries over correctly, but I can't figure out how to give them access to the actual database files which are located outside their jailed environment.

Can someone tell me how I can accomplish this? I would really appreciate it!
