Realtime Malware Detection

For ASL 4, are there updated instructions about the realtime malware detection?

For example, searching the wiki for 'CLAMAV_ENABLE_REALTIME' doesn't pull back any results.

The closest I can find are:

which appear to be for older ASL versions.

If there are new docs, a pointer to them would be appreciated.
