Joomla problem

I have installed the Joomla 1.0.7.2 on my Plesk 8.0 server. (Fedora Core 2) However anytime a customer or myself try to actually add the Joomla to a domain from the application vault, the following error occurs:

Site application tried to create a database without specifying a requirement in meta data XML

I have not had a chance to actually dig into this problem, but was hoping someone might have already encountered this error and has a solution? Or at least some suggestions on what to try next.
