Error downloading psa-7.1

Anyone else get this error using yum to install 7.1?

Error getting file http://3es.atomicrocketturtle.com/atomi ... noarch.hdr
[Errno 4] IOError: HTTP Error 404: Not Found

It looks like the file isn't there. Anyone know where to get it?
