The reconfigure command worked fine. But at this point, my webmin that I installed from Dag was giving me perl errors. After trying to find the error in the logs and sort it, I rebooted and other than having to manually restart webmin, all is well now.
Before I installed the qmail-scanner, I had installed Sophos InterCheck server.
From the Anti-spam/Anti-virus RPMS for qmail project page, it is listed that:
"The above will automatically download and install spamassassin, clamav, and The above will automatically download and install spamassassin, clamav, and razor-agents, as well all the dependency rpms required for qmail-scanner. , as well all the dependency rpms required for qmail-scanner".
I did not see any of this happen. Spamassassin was already installed. I had Sophos installed, so I figure thats why clamav did not load. But I did not see anything about the razor-agents being installed.
Do I need to install it myself?

I only installed webmin from Dag's archive. The files were:
webmin
perl-Mon
perl-Net-SSLeay
perl-Convert-BER
Nothing else. Other than the perl conflict before my restart, I have not seen any other conflicts. The daemontools were added from your archive, not from Dag's.
I added Dag's yum archive entries to the yum.conf, installed webmin, then took the entries back out of the conf file. I only keep CentOS and your entries active in the yum.conf and rhn sources files.
These have all been installed on a test system that I have been using.
For the antivirus/antispam qmail-scanner to work, do I have to manually add the razor-agents from your archive?
