Joomla, php5 and mysql5

Does anybody here have any experience with Joomla running on php5 and mysql5? I have a hosting customer who is worried about compatibility issues.

I may install a copy and see what happens, but having a quick look around is not the same as running an active site with various plugins, so I'd be interested to know if other people have had any problems.

I've not messed with it directly but I have a client who has and has reported no problems. Running latest ART release of both PHP and MySQL
