Please can someone tell me know what I am doing wrong I followed instructions

I installed clamav with success and than after installing qmail-scanner I did not get a sript:
qmail-scanner-reconfigure
I tried to do this:
qmail-scanner]# ./var/qmail/bin/configure
Building Qmail-Scanner 1.25st...
This script will search your system for the virus scanners it knows
about, and will ensure that all external programs
qmail-scanner-queue.pl uses are explicitly pathed for performance
reasons.
It will then generate qmail-scanner-queue.pl - it is up to you to install it

There is no README.html anywhere so I don't know what to do.
I already have qmail and spamd, I am not sure what I need to install and which package from atomicrocketturtle I need to upgrade.
