I tried "remove" then... reformated again :D :D :D
drastic, but faster than finding another solution. no more yum update for me.

Including the swforum nobody had a solution, since removing bind-chroot did not work for me. with a script it's less 15mn to have my full server restored. the truth, I did not reformated, but I centos was (again) installed from scratched.
