Can't access archives

I have two boxes at the new 1and1 facility and neither can access your archives. So I tried to ping and no go. I pinged from my server at the old facility and everything is fine and I can access everything from my office. My question is, before I call 1and1, is there any reason I would be blocked? If not 1and1 must be having some kind of routing issue and I will call them to see what is going on. Thanks.

I have found out that it is a routing issue. I am getting stopped on the 1and1 network, so I have sent a request for them to look into it. I guess I will just have to see how long it takes them to respond.

I have a similar problem with another box over there. Between the 74.208.x.x netblock.

Yep, that would be the netblock these are on too. I still haven't heard anything back. I will call again today.
