Error: Missing Dependency:

Error: Missing Dependency: php <= 5.2.0 is needed by package php5-sqlite2

I receive this when trying to run 'yum update' to upgrade to the latest mysql and PHP versions.

I have tried 'yum --exclude=php5-sqlite2 update' yo no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

That php5-sqlite2 package is a PHP package that SWsoft ships for SiteBuilder. Do you use SiteBuilder?

Nope, but one of our sites uses Gallery2, which I believe requires it.

Those php5-* packages are only used by SiteBuilder AFAIK, so you should be able to remove them.

I removed sitebuilder, php5sb, and php5-sqlite2.

Update completed without a hitch.
