Spamfilter makes copies from our messages

I have problem with our new spamfilter server. Sometimes (many times in a day) spamfilter makes email copies. For example if someone send me a messege, I get it three times. There isn't aliases or nothing special in my email address.

Second problem is that spamfilter tries to send messages to extra addresses. For example is someone send me a message, spamfilter tries to send it an another address (different domain). Spamfilter returns failure notice -error because of this extra recipient.

Is this using Project Gamera?

Have you used qmhandle at all? Whenever you do, you will need to shut down qmail completely first, run qmhandle, and then start it again. Otherwise that will cause duplicates in the mail queue.
