I am running Plesk 9 and CentOS 4.x. If I run yum check-update, I get the following errors related to gnutls:
Resolving Dependencies
--> Populating transaction set with selected packages. Please wait.
---> Package gnutls.i386 0:1.4.1-2.el4.art set to be updated
--> Running transaction check
--> Processing Dependency: libgnutls.so.11(GNUTLS_REL_1_0_9) for package: libsoup
--> Processing Dependency: libgnutls.so.11 for package: evolution-data-server
--> Processing Dependency: libgnutls.so.11 for package: libsoup
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Missing Dependency: libgnutls.so.11(GNUTLS_REL_1_0_9) is needed by package libsoup
Error: Missing Dependency: libgnutls.so.11 is needed by package evolution-data-server
Error: Missing Dependency: libgnutls.so.11 is needed by package libsoup
I looked around I and I realize that the newer gnutls is there to support OpenVAS. For Plesk, can I just uninstall evolution-data-server and libsoup? Or should I exclude gnutls from yum?
Thanks

Re: yum / update complaining about gnutls
You dont need evolution on a server, so you can uninstall all of evolution.
