Looks like someone broke your yum installation, you're missing all the repos there. Let me guess, you had to install yum on that system yourself right? Also we no longer support Fedora Core 4

Fedora Core 4 reached end of life in 2006: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/LifeCycle/EOL

You'll want to migrate to a supported OS release.

You'll need to backup your data, reinstall using a supported OS and restore. Or migrate to another server running a supported OS.

FC6 is the oldest thing the packages still build for. They are supported only by luck right now.

Finally i have resolved all issues. And also install a PHP5.2.11 application with DB

-bash-3.00# php -v
PHP 5.2.13 (cli) (built: Mar 2 2010 15:39:06)
Copyright (c) 1997-2010 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v2.2.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2010 Zend Technologies
with Zend Optimizer v3.3.9, Copyright (c) 1998-2009, by Zend Technologies

It was done by the following ways.

1. Install VPS on CentOS Template
2. Install Plesk 8.6.0
3. Run Atomic Script and get Yum installed
4. Remove PHP and yum install php. The script will install as PHP 5.2.11
5. DO NOT update the MYSQL because it will overwrite most tables in the DB.
6. Run php -v to see which component is missing and install it.

I'm glad you got it installed, but I'm surprised at some of the results.

Removing php with Plesk installed would normally be difficult, and likely to cause problems. I presume you did it with --nodeps or similar?

Upgrading mysql should be the most painless thing to do (after plesk is installed) as no databases or tables should be touched. I'm very surprised you had problems with that. Very very surprised. Hmm.......
