PSA License error after update

Unread post by calderwood »

I just had a brain freeze when going to upgrade from PSA 8.6 (ART) to 9.2 and ran "YUM INSTALL PSA" instead of "YUM UPDATE PSA" and it installed a clean version of 9.3 without giving me an option - now the CP (on GoDaddy dedicated server) has no license. I tried to upload the old license, but says it is wrong format.

Can I uninstall the update or rollback to 8.6?? Or any other great ideas???

psa 9 has a different format of license keys. You have to contact either parallels (if you bought it there) or your hoster from which you got the license to retrieve a new key.
