Location of system email templates.

[Galactic Zero]

Where do I find the templates to add / change the information sent out by the system via email.

Example, the Over the limit of a domain generates a message with the subject line:re: <mydomaine> Notification: Domain has exceeded its limits and was suspended.
and the body just has: Thank you for contacting Galactic Zero.
I would like this message to at least include the actual domain that is having a problem and not the name of my server.
