Hi, We installed the repository for CentOS5, in plesk 9.2
Everything ok,
yesterday plesk update to 10 and now plesk is given error:
ERROR: Zend_Log_Exception
"/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log" cannot be opened with mode "a"
0: Stream.php:66
Zend_Log_Writer_Stream->__construct(string '/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log')
1: Abstract.php:84
CommonPanel_Application_Abstract->_initLog()
2: Abstract.php:31
CommonPanel_Application_Abstract->run()
3: Abstract.php:19
CommonPanel_Application_Abstract::init()
4: auth.php3:137
We spoked with the server owner and say that atomic repository is not compatible with the 10th version of plesk and now any doamin and mail and plesk doesn't works.
They say that they can do nothing.
I ask help to know what to do.
thank you to everybody

Re: Problem with plesk upgrade and repossitory
The server owner is wrong on both points, the cause of your error and that the atomic repository doesnt work with Plesk. The free atomic repository works just fine with Plesk 10:We spoked with the server owner and say that atomic repository is not compatible with the 10th version of plesk and now any doamin and mail and plesk doesn't works.
https://www.atomicorp.com/forums/viewto ... =18&t=4485
And that error has nothing to do with the atomic repository, its caused when the Plesk post upgrade script was not executed correctly. Solution below:
This is a Parallels issue, heres the article on this from Parallels website - http://kb.parallels.com/en/9266"/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log" cannot be opened with mode "a"
Symptoms
After Parallels Plesk Panel upgrade to version 10.0.1 the following error message is shown on the login page:
ERROR: Zend_Log_Exception
"/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log" cannot be opened with mode "a"
0: Stream.php:66
Zend_Log_Writer_Stream->__construct(string '/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log')
1: Abstract.php:84
CommonPanel_Application_Abstract->_initLog()
2: Abstract.php:31
CommonPanel_Application_Abstract->run()
3: Abstract.php:19
CommonPanel_Application_Abstract::init()
4: auth.php3:137
However all packages and database have been upgraded:
# rpm -q psa
psa-10.0.1-cos5.build109101029.18
# mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` psa -e"select * from misc where param='version'"
+---------+-------+
| param | val |
+---------+-------+
| version | 01090 |
+---------+-------+
#
But file /usr/local/psa/version is empty:
# cat /usr/local/psa/version
#
Resolution
Post upgrade script was not executed correctly. For fixing the error perform post upgrade configuration by execute bootstrapper script.
Bootstrapper script can be found at the directory $PRODUCT_ROOT_DIbootstrapper/.
# /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp10.9.0-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair
..........
**** Product repair completed successfully.
After repairing configuration you should be able to access to Control Panel.
Ask them to follow Parallels instructions on this issue with Plesk. It has nothing to do with the atomic repository, and if they won't even do this, I recommend you find another company to host your domains with.They say that they can do nothing.
